Check the FRONT of the phone book for:

  • suicide prevention
  • crisis intervention
  • hotlines - crisis or suicide
  • community crisis center
  • county mental health center
  • hospital mental health clinic
  • Or call 911 and ask for help. Tell them you are in suicidal danger
